Deanna Loren Photography Winter Wonderland Sweepstakes Official Rules

  1. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes will consist of one promotional contest period (the "Sweepstakes Period") as follows: The Sweepstakes Period begins November 29, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. EST and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on December 15, 2013.
  2. Eligibility: Open only to legal U.S. residents of Ohio who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Void where prohibited and outside Ohio.
  3. How to Enter: Entrants must "Like" the Deanna Loren Photography Facebook page to enter and win. To enter, visit the Deanna Loren Photography Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/deannalorenphotography, during the Sweepstakes Period and fill out the entry form in the "Winter Sweepstakes" Facebook tab. Entrants may also access promotion using the following link: http://woobox.com/rp3e4j.  Entrants may enter once per day per legitimate Facebook account during Sweepstakes Period. All entries must be received by the close of the Sweepstakes Period.
  4. Extra Entries: To increase your odds of winning, additional entries can be earned by sharing the contest with friends. After the entry form is completed on the Winter Sweepstakes Facebook tab on the Deanna Loren Photography Facebook page, the entrant will be presented with the option to share about the contest via Facebook, Twitter or a provided link. Extra entries are earned when an entrant's friend successfully enters the sweepstakes via the entrant's shared post. Five (5) extra entries will be earned for each friend that enters via the original entrant's shared link. Posts made to Facebook or Twitter that are not generated from the Deanna Loren Photography Winter Sweepstakes Facebook tab will not generate Additional Entries.
  1. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected from the pool of eligible entrants by Deanna Loren Photography Facebook administrators using a 3rd party, random winner selection generator tool. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding in all respects. Winners will be notified by email or direct-message via Facebook (at Sponsors' sole discretion) within three (3) business days of selection. A winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected by random drawing from among all remaining entries if (1) a winner does not claim his or her prize within 24 hours of the first notification attempt; (2) a winner does not fulfill the eligibility requirements; (3) a winner does not adhere to the Official Rules; and/or (4) if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, refused, or declined. Upon contacting a potential winner and determining that he/she has met all eligibility requirements for the Sweepstakes, such individual will be declared a "winner" of the Sweepstakes.
  2. Prize Description: The prize will consist of a 2-hour photo shoot with Deanna Loren Photography and photo disc with up to 100 images. The photo shoot must take place in December 2013, January 2014 or February 2014 AND must take place within one of the following Ohio counties: Cuyahoga, Medina, Summit, Lake, Geauga, Lorain, Portage, Stark, Wayne, Ashland. Only Deanna Loren Photography may elect, at their discretion, to substitute a prize of greater or equal value due to lack of availability or for any given reason.
  3. Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.
  4. Conditions of Entry:
      1. Use of Winner's Name: By entering, each entrant grants permission, without further compensation, to Deanna Loren Photography, their agents and licensees, to use the entrant's name, address, voice, photograph, likeness and biographical material in any medium of communication, including but not limited to, print, Internet, radio and/or television for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing or promotional purposes.
      2. Release Deanna Loren Photography of Liability: By entering, entrants agree to release Deanna Loren Photography, their, subsidiaries, affiliates and advertising agencies, and each of their employees, representatives, contractors, sponsors and advertisers, from any claim, loss, liability, damage or injury of any kind arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or their receipt or use of the Sweepstakes prizes. Sponsors assume no liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty, failed, garbled or jumbled electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Sweepstakes; or (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Sweepstakes.
